Selecting the organization that you wish to support is as simple as updating the Kroger Community Rewards selection on your digital account.

1. Sign in to your digital account.

2. Search for your organization Pugs U Gotta Save Inc

3. Enter the name or NPO number AQ110 of the organization you wish to support.

4. Select the appropriate organization from the list and click “Save”.

Your selected organization will also display in the Kroger Community Rewards section of your account. Once you link your Card to Pugs U Gotta Save, all you have to do is shop at Kroger and swipe your Shopper’s Card or use your phone number associated with your account.

Thank you for your interest in Pugtoberfest, which is held at

Billsburg Brewery
2054 Jamestown Rd.
Williamsburg, VA 

This is the first Pugtoberfest and is to be on 'Sunday 10/6/2019 from 12pm to 4pm.  There is no scheduled rain date.

Time will be 12pm - 4pm

The following apply to vending:.

  • You will be provided a marked and assigned 10x10 space(s).
  • Space assignments will be made as applications are received.
  • You will need to bring your own table(s) and chair(s). A pop up tent or canopy is highly recommended.
  • There is no electricity provided at the park.
  • A committee member will open the park 2 hours in advance to allow for set up and the public will be admitted at the start time. If you need more time, please let us know.
  • Please do not break down your table until the event is over.
  • A $25 refundable deposit is *not* required this year to hold your space (collected from this site or by mailing a paper copy of the application). Your deposit would have been refunded when you arrived at the park on October 6th or if you cancelled before midnight on September 28, 2019. In the event of cancellation of the event, all deposits will be refunded.

You may complete the application here and mail a $25 refundable deposit to the address or obtained from writing to events {at) pugsugottasave {dot] org. Or you may download the application and submit the refundable deposit as described on the application.

Please make the check/payment payable to Pugs U Gotta Save. Checks will not be deposited until after the event.
