Winston was only with his family for 3 short years.

His short life though did not lessen the impact, humor, love and stories he brought with him everywhere he went and with whomever he spent time.  He was affectionately nicknamed "King" Winston, because... well, he loved to be waited on. He also more than acted the part...

It was *his* family, *his* house and *his* toys.  Our world was *his* kingdom and we were all just living in it, LOL. 

He loved to snuggle (and was built to be the best marshmallow for it :) )! 

Winston went on many road trips and camping adventures. Everywhere he went he couldn't find anyone that wouldn't fall in love with him. 

Unfortunately, his sudden passing left a void as big as his name and personality!

You will forever be missed, Winston.

Sometimes when you're feeling sad,
when all you want is me,
I softly sit
and gently put my head
upon your knee.
Some nights when your heart does ache,
worn out by tears you weep,
I quietly lie beside your bed
and guard you as you sleep.
Somewhere far beyond this place,
a land where all run free,
I'm calmly watching over you,
and waiting patiently.
Someday when the time is right,
your voice will call to me,
and I'll come running like the wind,

Someday...wait and see.
